At Novita Diamonds, we offer one free resizing of engagement rings for the first 12 months from the date of the purchase. For wedding rings we offer one free resizing for the first 3 months after purchasing.

We have two options when requesting a resizing:
· To have your ring size accurately measured, please make an appointment at one of our showrooms. Our master jewellers may take from 10 to 14 business days to resize your ring
· Alternatively, you may post your ring back to us. In this case, you will need to be accurate about the new ring size you request. Please contact our team to receive the correct address. Cost and risk of shipment stays with the customer.
PLEASE NOTE: If the ring needs resizing more than 3 sizes +/-, it may incur an extra cost or the setting may need to be replaced altogether.
If your ring has an engraving, the resize will remove the engraving and it will need to be redone. A new engraving fee will be invoiced to you.
Due to the design and fabrication of certain rings, some pieces can not be resized. This issue is more common with men's wedding bands which have bevelled edges, multiple parts or combinations of different coloured metals. Men's and ladies rings that have diamonds in them could also be problematic for resizing or limited to a certain number of sizes. Titanium and Black zirconium rings can also not be resized. Please check with our staff prior to placing your order to see if the ring you would like to purchase is possible to resize.
Prior to purchasing such a piece we would strongly recommend visiting one of our showrooms to try the design on first, while guided by our professional and friendly staff.
Lastly, we recommend using a courier service with full insurance to return your piece. Please ensure the shipment requires a signature on delivery and the piece is adequately packed and padded. We will not accept any liability if the piece is damaged in transit due to poor packaging. We will let you know once we have received your piece, to give you an indication of any predicted cost involved, as well as an expected turnaround timeframe.
